How it works
1. Look around, free
Every profile and every introduction video is open to anyone. Nothing is hidden behind a signup, because you should know who you are getting before you pay a penny.
2. Join for $4.99 a month
That unlocks contact details for everybody on the site, not one person. If the first buddy is not the right fit, pick another. It costs you nothing extra.
3. Message them directly
You agree a time and a price between yourselves, on whatever app you both already use. We are the introduction, not the middleman.
If you are on a weight-loss medication
A word from Annette, who takes one too. These medicines work, and they take muscle along with the fat unless you make a point of keeping it. That is why strength work matters more now than it did before, not less.
It is also why the trainers in the strength categories on this site have to hold a real, checked certification. The buddies in the gentler categories, walking, dancing, yoga, keeping you company, do not, and they will tell you so plainly on their profile.
None of this is medical advice, and your doctor knows your situation. But nobody should be doing this part alone.
Why the people here cost so little
Our buddies and trainers live in Mexico, the Philippines, and India, where an hour of their time is worth what it is worth locally, not what it costs in Denver or London. They set their own rates and keep every penny of them. We never take a cut of your sessions and we never handle the money between you.
It is a fair trade in both directions: good work at a fair local wage for them, real human company at a price that does not hurt for you.
